Mariam Neparidze is a Chief Accountant at SBC Legal, specializing in banking, finance and business administration. She is experienced in preparing financial reports, analyzing financial information, summarizing financial status, manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers, assisting in the process of internal and external audits, evaluating computerized accounting systems, ensuring compliance with IFRS principles. Ms. Neparidze joined SBC Legal in 2019 as an Accountant, from 2021 she is a Chief Accountant, responsible for the team of accounting professionals. She works with high-profile clients such as Egis International, BB Company, Olymp Georgia, also she worked with state-owned company – Sakalibe Kvishebi LLC.

Before joining our firm, Mariam worked as an Assistant of the Chief Accountant at Sub-Agency of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia.

Mariam graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance (with honors). Currently, she is a Master’s Candidate in Banking and Finance at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

Ms. Neparidze is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She has successfully passed F1, F2, F3, F5, F6, F8 modules.

With native Georgian, Mariam is fluent in English and Russian languages
