Nina Antoniani is an Associate at SBC Legal. She specializes in corporate law, securities regulation, and legal aspects of corporate finance and business transactions. Nina represents international and domestic clients in a broad range of legal relationships. Ms. Antoniani takes part in drafting and executing of international contracts, registration of branches/daughter companies of the transnational corporations in Georgia, and execution of the decisions related to the clients’ corporate governance and finance matters. Moreover, Nina Antoniani has an extensive experience in representing the clients in the process of residency and citizenship acquisition, and advices them in topics related to the migration law of Georgia.

Nina Antoniani is actively involved in drafting of legal opinions and documents. Furthermore, she is responsible for the translation of legal documents, their legalization and apostilization. Nina is a certified translator of the Russian language that allows her to draft and prepare contract and legal documents in native and Russian languages.

Before joining our firm, Nina worked as a lawyer for Media Holding, also as a lawyer for the international car rental company “Hertz” and also worked as a project lawyer the non-governmental organization “Women’s Information Center”. Nina successfully completed her internship at Tbilisi City Court.

After being awarded a Bachelor of Laws degree, Nina was awarded a Master of Laws degree at the University of Georgia.

Along with Georgian, Nina is fluent in English and Russian
